Check Your Email

After your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Log Into Your Account

Go to My Account → My Orders. Click on your order to see the full tracking history and estimated delivery date.

Use the Tracking Number

Copy your tracking number from your email or account and enter it on the carrier's website (e.g., USPS, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress) for detailed updates.

Contact Support if Needed

If tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email synrohelpdesk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Processing

Your order is being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment (1–3 business days)

Shipped

Your package is on its way. Tracking number now active

Your package is moving through the carrier network

Your package has been delivered to the address provided

FAQs

Tracking numbers are sent via email within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to activate after the shipping email is sent. If there's been no update after 7 business days, contact us.
Check with neighbors and look around your property first. If still missing, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we'll open an investigation.
Contact us immediately at synrohelpdesk@gmail.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
