Warning: Listing counterfeit goods, infringing copyrights, or misusing trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

What This Policy Covers

Synro prohibits the listing, sale, or distribution of any items that infringe on intellectual property rights. This includes:

Counterfeit Products

Fake or replica products that imitate branded goods or mislead consumers.

Trademark Violations

Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or brand names on products or listings.

Copyright Infringement

Items that reproduce copyrighted content, images, or designs without permission.

Unlicensed Software

Software, digital media, or content distributed without a valid license.

How to Report an IP Violation

Gather Your Evidence

Take screenshots of the infringing listing. Note the product URL, seller name, and any order numbers involved.

Prepare Your Information

Have ready: your full name and contact details, a description of the copyrighted work or trademark, and proof of ownership such as a registration number or trademark certificate.

Email Our IP Team

Send everything to synrohelpdesk@gmail.com with the subject line "IP Infringement Report". Include a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.

We Investigate

Our team reviews all IP reports within 24–48 hours and will follow up if we need additional information.

Consequences of Violation

Sellers found to be infringing on intellectual property rights will face immediate action:

Immediate removal of all infringing listings

Account suspension or permanent ban from Synro

Forfeiture of any pending payments or balances

Referral to appropriate legal authorities where applicable

Seller Responsibility

All sellers on Synro are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell the products they list. By listing a product on Synro you confirm that:

  • You own or have a valid license to sell the product
  • Your listing does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
  • All product images, descriptions, and branding used are either original or properly licensed
  • You will cooperate fully with any IP investigation initiated by Synro

Ignorance of intellectual property law is not a valid defense. Synro reserves the right to remove any listing at any time if it is suspected of infringing on IP rights.
