How to Return an Item

Email Us

Send an email to synrohelpdesk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Include a photo if the item is damaged.

Receive Your Return Label

Within 24 hours we'll send you a free prepaid return shipping label by email.

Pack & Ship

Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any post office or collection point. Keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Day 1 — You email us

We confirm your return request and send you a free prepaid label within 24 hours.

Days 2–10 — Item in transit

You ship the item back using the prepaid label. Transit time varies by location.

Days 1–3 after receipt — Inspection

We inspect the returned item and approve your refund within 1–3 business days.

Days 5–10 — Refund arrives

Your refund is returned to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

For damaged or defective items, we skip the return process entirely — just send us a photo and we'll issue your refund or replacement the same day.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

This ensures the fastest turnaround — you won't have to wait for us to receive your return before getting your new item.

If you received the wrong size or colour due to our error, we'll send the correct item immediately at no extra cost — no return needed.
