Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Synro is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy.

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging where possible
• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or fully refunded — no return required
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return

To initiate a return, email synrohelpdesk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a free prepaid return label within 24 hours.
