Our Commitment to Safety

Synro actively monitors product safety alerts from regulatory bodies including the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the EU RAPEX system, and equivalent agencies worldwide. When a product sold on Synro is recalled, we:

  • Immediately delist the product from our platform
  • Notify affected buyers by email
  • Issue full refunds without requiring a return in most cases
  • Work with sellers to ensure compliance

Report an Unsafe Product

If you receive a product from Synro that you believe is unsafe, please:

  • Stop using the product immediately
  • Photograph the product and any damage or hazardous feature
  • Email synrohelpdesk@gmail.com with "Safety Concern" in the subject line
  • Include your order number and a description of the issue
